Due to the specialized nature of custom builds, we only accept returns on standard stock items. Custom gear is final sale unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Do your helmets come with a warranty?
Yes, all Schutt helmets carry a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years for the shell and one year for internal components.
How often should I have my helmet reconditioned?
For maximum safety and performance, we recommend professional reconditioning and recertification every two years to meet NOCSAE standards.
